Someone 5'1 can easily pass for 5'2. She could still be an actress at a lesser height. It isn't as though someone of this stature would attempt to become a supermodel at 5 ft. She would still look the same height regardless of padding or not padding. I just don't see the reason unless involved with something that even the slightest change in height would make a difference. As a short woman myself, I can tell you that many of us would like to be taller but we are what we are and comfortable with it.
