I stopped after some usage. Just to make sure, I tried it again after a long while, getting the same hair shedding. I do not do anything extravagant to my hair. I relax my hair every 4 months, I do not over process my hair. I trim the tips and do not allow relaxer on the tips.
I wash regularly, condition and moisturize. I do not use hot curling irons and hand dryers. When I am styling at a salon I always use rollers and and head dryers. I see the way a lot of ladies handle their hair very poorly and still wish to have better hair.

Lucky you! Thanks for reading and commenting! A very insightful article. Because I got that some days ago and my sister said it is not for hair and that I should have gotten the black Jamaican castor oil. In the course of my gym sessions, i sweat profusely and this even on my scalp. Consequently, my hair gets wet and weak. I am most often compelled to braid my hair or have a weave on when exercising. I am obliged to wash my hair very often daily practically because of the above. I however do not sweat on my scalp at ordinary times. What can you advise me to do?
I actually have this problem myself. You can co wash your hair every 3 days with conditioner alone if you feel like you need to wash the sweat out. Using conditioner alone will not dry out your hair as shampoo would.
